THE telephone call that came at 3.30am yesterday roused Mohammed Helal from a nightmare that had lasted for three decades.

”My sister was shouting, ‘Turn on the TV’ so I raced out and there it was – this long nightmare was finally over, Egypt was free!” the 61-year-old vice-president of the Islamic Egyptian Society of NSW said.
