
Update on Egyptian Expat Voting: Preliminary indications for the vote of Egyptian expatriates in the presidential elections showed that more than 230,000 Egyptians have voted. This is easily more than double the results of the earlier Expat referendum vote.
The task force of the Foreign Ministry is following up the voting of Egyptian expatriates in presidential elections and continues to receive reports on the turnout in 141 polling stations in 124 countries.
Polling stations in Australia, Europe and North America witnessed a remarkable turnout which is expected to increase Monday amid reports that the consulates will extend voting by one more day.
