The Australian Coptic Movement Association is pleased to advise that we have partnered with COPTS to assist with the collection of much need donations for poor families of the 21 victims who have been left without a source of income after they lost their loved ones in Libya.

Hundreds of Egyptian Australians and members of the Australian public attended a rally in Martin Place, Sydney on Sunday, 22 February to honour the 21 Coptic martyrs of Libya, to share in the grief of their families; and to protest against the growing threat of ISIS.

Egypt’s Watani newspaper has confirmed that Pola was burned alive by Islamists. Mansour was the sole supporter of his family: the father who is a kidney failure patient, the mother and the 13-year-old sister Partheniya. “The Islamists burned Pola alive as they did the Jordanian pilot Muaz Kassassba,” she wailed.

NSW backs Deputy Commissioner Nick Kaldas – Show your support!


The Australian Coptic Movement Association (ACM) stands by Deputy Commissioner Nick Kaldas and calls for a public show of support and solidarity. It is becoming increasingly clear from the proceeds of the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into “Operation Prospect”, that NSW Deputy Police Commissioner Nick Kaldas has suffered a grave injustice.
